Class Cancellation Policy

IP6000 Technical Training Class Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that your registration is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from a Valcom Customer Service Representative.
  • Valcom’s total liability shall be limited to tuition reimbursement if this training is delayed or prevented by an act of God, force majeure, or other circumstance outside Valcom’s control.
  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur. For companies registering up to 2 attendees, no fee cancellation is permitted up to 10 (ten) business days before class. Cancellations within 10 days of the class will be invoiced at the full rate.
  • Please be certain to communicate this cancellation policy and class information along to your registrants.
